What’s in the Tobacco Alternatives?
Our blends are made up of multiple smokeable herbs, varying with each blend. The herbs we use all have their own unique properties & all of our blends are curated for different tastes & needs. Our herbs are sourced sustainably from other small businesses within the EU.
What are the benefits of replacing my Tobacco or Vape with this product?
Our blends are 100% free from Nicotine, Tobacco, THC & Additives, making the blends non Addictive. We also use herbs that are beneficial for the Respiratory System as a base in each blend, which will help you moisturise your throat & lungs and remove any unwanted mucus from the area. We also use herbs that have calming properties, helping to soothe the mind & body when inhaled
How are the Tobacco Alternatives made?
Our blends are hand-crafted in small batches fresh each week. We hand-pick out the stems and bark from the individual herbs and blend them together using a Pestle & Mortar. The blend is then combined and spritzed with Irish Natural honey and left to bind in Glass & bamboo jars. Packaged using reuasble tins and recyclable labels
While we offer four herbal alternatives, only one blend contains CBD, Our Blue Daze blend. We blend the CBD with a Marshmallow leaf base in order to provide a slow burn and a fluffy texture , while also protecting the lungs. We also Add Damiana & Blue Lotus Flower to encourage a relaxed feeling & good night’s sleep. We also infuse our own CBD using Almond oil to craft our CBD Ritual Balms to be used topically.
Our blends do not contain any THC, so will not give you a high they will however satisfy the urge to have a smoke and provide a relaxed, mellow feeling after inhaling thanks to the herbs we use such as, Lemon Balm .
What are the risks of smoking these blends?
Inhaling any form of smoke into your lungs, no matter the product will always carry a risk of damage to your respiratory system and can result in tar on the lungs as a result of carcinogens produced by the burn. However, we make sure each blend has a base of herbs historically used by herbalists to protect the lungs and treat bronchial issues, which helps to keep the Respiratory system moisturised, instead giving a dehydrated affect tobacco and nicotine products give after inhaling, this will help lift any fluid stuck and can help with breathing issues. We also offer activated Charcoal filters which will further help filter out any tar that We do recommend you do your own research to make sure this is a suitable option for you and seek advise from your medical practitioner.
What’s the point if there’s no nicotine or THC and still carries risk?
These blends can be used a stepping stone to quitting smoking altogether, or just as a way to cut down on long term damage. People have enjoyed the ritual of smoking for years and will continue to do so, why can’t we be more mindful of what it is we’re inhaling and use herbs that will help us with issues such as Anxiety, Insomnia and many other ailments rather than only causing damage? Take the guilt and shame away from something a lot of people enjoy doing as a stress relief and calming agent, it takes away the ‘need’ and puts a more positive spin to our habits, which in turn makes it easier to let go.
